Tom

Didier Bouillard
Chief Executive Officer

Didier Bouillard joined Calypso as CEO in April 2018 and is based in London. Prior to Calypso Didier served as CEO of Ullink, global provider of connectivity and trading services, beginning early 2015. The main objective of the assignment was to merge NYFIX, acquired by Ullink late 2014, and to transition the overall group from a founder led business into a professionalized Private Equity owned business. After experiencing multiple years of steady growth of revenues and profits Ullink was successfully sold to Nordic Capital backed Itiviti. Prior to Ullink Mr Bouillard was Executive Vice President at Sungard Financial Systems (now part of FIS) and operated a substantial part of the Capital Markets and Electronic Trading division, playing a key role in the global distribution.

Didier started his career in the 1990’s and has been part of successful entrepreneurial ventures providing leadership as partner, Managing Director and CEO (Ubitrade, Capital Fund Management, Fermat) where he gained extensive knowledge of the capital market industry as well as a true international exposure.

Mr. Bouillard graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1988.


Andrew

Andrew Coll
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Coll is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of Calypso’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, driving commercial and operational improvements, and managing relationships with our stakeholders. Prior to this role, Mr. Coll served as the CFO at Northgate Public Services, a private-equity owned software and services company focused on the public sector. Previously, he held several CFO roles in the software, healthcare and telecom industries, including Meeza and System C Healthcare. Mr. Coll has a BSc, Management Sciences from the University of Warwick, and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with PWC in London.


Corrine

Corinne Grillet
Chief Customer Officer

Mrs. Grillet is Calypso’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading Customer Success, Calypso Cloud Services, and Professional Services. Calypso’s Customer Success organization (inclusive of Global Support, Account Management, and Quality Assurance) is committed to providing best-in-class services and ensuring customers receive maximum value from their Calypso solutions. The Calypso Cloud Services (CCS) division drives and brings to market all strategic Cloud Initiatives. The objective of Professional Services is to create value for our customers through advisory, delivery, and productivity services. Prior to Calypso, Mrs. Grillet spent 15 years at Sophis (Misys Sophis) where she was Chief Operating Officer Asia Pacific and member of the Executive Committee. Before being appointed COO APAC, Mrs. Grillet was responsible for UK, US and Asia operations at Sophis. Mrs. Grillet holds diplomas from l’Ecole Polytechnique in 1993 and l’ENSAE in 1998.


Mayank

Mayank Shah
Chief of Staff

Mr. Shah is Chief of Staff, responsible for Strategy, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales Operations. In his role, he is also responsible for driving strategic initiatives including operating model transformation, long term strategic plan and our investments in building an ecosystem of cloud based service partners powered by Calypso’s trading system. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Shah served as Senior Product Manager at Citadel Technology, the technology subsidiary of Citadel Investment Group. Previously, Mr. Shah has been an Associate Partner at IBM and Senior Manager at BearingPoint (ex. KPMG Consulting), managing several strategy and transformation projects at global Financial Services clients. Mr. Shah holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University, India.


Tej

Tej Sidhu
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Sidhu is Chief Technology Officer responsible for overall technology strategy and the development of all Calypso’s solutions. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Sidhu served as a senior executive with Blue Titan Software. Previously, Mr. Sidhu served as president of Velocigen, an early innovator in the web services software market. He also co-founded Infinity Financial Technology in 1989, leading to its IPO on NASDAQ in 1996, subsequently acquired by SunGard. Mr. Sidhu holds a Master’s degree (Sloan Fellow) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.


Jonathan

Jonathan D. Walsh
Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Walsh is the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Calypso’s global human resources, information technology, legal and office services organizations. Prior to this role, he served as Calypso’s Chief People Officer for 4 years. Before Calypso, he was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Clear Channel Outdoor where he spearheaded the company’s global human capital strategy. Prior to that, he held senior human resources leadership positions with Providian Financial and Washington Mutual and its acquirer, JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Walsh has a B.A., Cum Laude, in Psychology from Wabash College and received an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.

Xavier

Xavier Robert

At Bridgepoint he is a partner and works out of the London/Paris offices. He is responsible for Bridgepoint’s investments in Media & Technology and joined the Firm in 1998. In addition to Calypso, he currently sits on the board of eFront. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked at Total and Ernst & Young. Xavier is a graduate of Ecole des Mines (Engineering).


Scott

Scott Collins

Scott Collins is a Managing Director with global growth equity firm Summit Partners and leads the firm’s European investment efforts. Since joining Summit in 1996, Scott has served as a board director for numerous growth companies, including Acturis Limited, AVAST Software, DentalPro, 360T Group, Multifonds, Ogone, SafeBoot, vente-privee.com, Web Reservations International and Welltec.

Prior to Summit, Scott worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in the financial institutions group. He also served in a variety of U.S. federal government positions, including at the White House and Department of Justice. Scott holds an A.B. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

CJ

C.J. Fitzgerald

C.J. Fitzgerald is a Managing Director with global growth equity investor Summit Partners and focuses primarily on the technology sector. After first joining the firm as an Associate in 1990, he attended business school and was founder and CEO of North Systems. Since rejoining Summit in 2001, C.J. has served as a board director for numerous growth companies, including Access Information Management, Answers, GoldenGate Software, HelpSystems, Infor Global Solutions, Perforce Software, Ruffalo Noel Levitz and Ubiquiti Networks.

C.J. holds a BS in computer science, with Honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.


Tom

Tom Gavin

Tom Gavin is the founder and currently Managing Director of Copper Shade Consulting, providing strategic consulting services to a range of companies from early stage ventures through to global, industry leading firms. Mr. Gavin also serves as Board Member and Advisor to Vestigo Ventures, and Eze Software Group. Prior to Calypso, Mr. Gavin served as the CEO of Eze Software Group and its predecessor entity, Eze Castle Software, which has a focus in the Buy-Side Order Management System market place. During his tenure as CEO of Eze, the business experienced continuous, unprecedented growth and global expansion. In addition, along the way he oversaw not only Eze’s rapid organic growth but also a transition to private equity ownership and the kick-off of Eze’s own heavy investment in the Cloud.

Additionally, Mr. Gavin has served on numerous non-profit boards and has been recognized for both his professional and community contributions, including having been named to the Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” listing.

Mr. Gavin holds a BA in History from Harvard University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Michael C. Rockefeller Memorial Fellow.


David

David Nicault

David is a Director and a member of the Media & Technology and Consumer sector teams. He joined Bridgepoint in 2009 and is based in Paris. In addition to Calypso, David currently sits on the board of eFront. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Spain as a management consultant. David holds an Economics and Applied Mathematics degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, as well as Economics, Finance, and Management Masters Degrees from both the ENSAE in Paris and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.


Dennis

Denis Villafranca

Denis is a Partner and a member of Bridgepoint’s Business Services team. He joined Bridgepoint in 2015 and is based in Paris. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at BC Partners which he joined in 1999. He also worked previously for Bain & Company in Paris as a management consultant. Denis is a graduate in business administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
