Pascal Xatart
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Xatart is Chief Executive Officer of Calypso Technology. Prior to Calypso, he was the CEO & co-founder of Giift.com, one of the world’s largest loyalty and card programs networks. From 2006-2012, Mr. Xatart served as CEO of Sophis (now Misys Sophis). Prior to that role, he was a senior executive with Linedata, a global solutions provider to the Wealth Management and Credit community, holding various roles including CFO and MD of Asset Management. From 1998 – 2000, he served as CFO of Le Public System, a public relations and communications firm. Earlier in his career he held a variety of roles in finance and accounting. Mr. Xatart has an MBA from the European Business School in Paris.

Andrew Coll
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Coll is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of Calypso’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, driving commercial and operational improvements, and managing relationships with our stakeholders. Prior to this role, Mr. Coll served as the CFO at Northgate Public Services, a private-equity owned software and services company focused on the public sector. Previously, he held several CFO roles in the software, healthcare and telecom industries, including Meeza and System C Healthcare. Mr. Coll has a BSc, Management Sciences from the University of Warwick, and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with PWC in London.

Corinne Grillet
Chief Customer Officer

Mrs. Grillet is Calypso’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading Customer Success, Calypso Cloud Services, and Professional Services. Calypso’s Customer Success organization (inclusive of Global Support, Account Management, and Quality Assurance) is committed to providing best-in-class services and ensuring customers receive maximum value from their Calypso solutions. The Calypso Cloud Services (CCS) division drives and brings to market all strategic Cloud Initiatives. The objective of Professional Services is to create value for our customers through advisory, delivery, and productivity services. Prior to Calypso, Mrs. Grillet spent 15 years at Sophis (Misys Sophis) where she was Chief Operating Officer Asia Pacific and member of the Executive Committee. Before being appointed COO APAC, Mrs. Grillet was responsible for UK, US and Asia operations at Sophis. Mrs. Grillet holds diplomas from l’Ecole Polytechnique in 1993 and l’ENSAE in 1998.

Tej Sidhu Calypso

Tej Sidhu
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Sidhu is Chief Technology Officer responsible for overall technology strategy and the development of all Calypso’s solutions. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Sidhu served as a senior executive with Blue Titan Software. Previously, Mr. Sidhu served as president of Velocigen, an early innovator in the web services software market. He also co-founded Infinity Financial Technology in 1989, leading to its IPO on NASDAQ in 1996, subsequently acquired by SunGard. Mr. Sidhu holds a Master’s degree (Sloan Fellow) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jonathan D. Walsh
Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Walsh is the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Calypso’s global human resources, information technology, legal and office services organizations. Prior to this role, he served as Calypso’s Chief People Officer for 4 years. Before Calypso, he was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Clear Channel Outdoor where he spearheaded the company’s global human capital strategy. Prior to that, he held senior human resources leadership positions with Providian Financial and Washington Mutual and its acquirer, JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Walsh has a B.A., Cum Laude, in Psychology from Wabash College and received an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University.

Dennis Belford
Managing Director, Sub Saharan Africa

Mr. Belford is Managing Director Sub Saharan Africa, responsible for sales in the Southern African Region. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Belford served as Sales Director at Neptune Software Technology, dealing with global sales of a Core Banking and Treasury Platform. Previously, Mr. Belford served as CEO of COMTRAC, a specialist enterprise software solution provider and integrator, which served the Buy Side in Africa. Mr. Belford holds undergraduate degrees in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of South Africa.

Philippe Carrel
Chief Alliances and Marketing Officer

Philippe Carrel is Chief Alliances and Marketing Officer, responsible for all third-party partnerships as well as Calypso’s global marketing efforts. Prior to joining Calypso he was Executive Vice President at Thomson Reuters, leading risk management and data consulting teams around the world. Philippe has extensive experience dealing with securities and derivatives, advising banks and securities companies on hedging market risks, and preventing operational, regulatory and conduct risks. A strong advocate of change in risk management methodologies, he authored the Handbook of Risk Management (Wiley Finance 2010, CITIC Press 2013), laying out a methodology for firms to develop a corporate culture of risk management.

Jim Fiesel
Managing Director, Americas

Mr. Fiesel is responsible for sales in the Americas. Prior to joining Calypso, he was Executive Vice President of Fixed Income at Thomson Financial, helping to formulate their content and applications consolidation strategy across their acquisitions. After their acquisition of TradeWeb, Jim took over as Global Managing Director for TradeWeb’s Institutional Equities franchise. Prior to that, Mr. Fiesel was Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Global Trade Technologies, which provided inventory distribution capabilities to regional banks in the United States. He has also served as a Sales Manager at Bloomberg L.P. running Global Investment Banks and Hedge Funds on the U.S.’ east coast.

Theresa Jennings
Chief Accounting Officer

Ms. Jennings is Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for strategic oversight of our global accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax organization. She has served several roles on Calypso’s finance team during her tenure, including Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Calypso in 2008, Ms. Jennings served in various senior finance roles for technology companies, including at Kabira Technologies and Synon Corporation. Ms. Jennings holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Boon Huat Lee
Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Mr. Lee is responsible for the growth strategy and sales in Asia Pacific. With 25 years of career experience in the IT sector, including leadership positions in business management, sales and people management, Mr. Lee has established a proven track record of revenue growth and transformational leadership across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Lee was the Vice President of Financial Services, First Data Asia Pacific. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Misys Asia Pacific.

Pedro Porfirio
Chief Product Officer

Mr. Porfirio is responsible for the product strategy and innovation at Calypso. Prior to joining Calypso, he was Managing Director at Jefferies in London, where he established and ran Interest Rate Derivatives Trading. Mr. Porfirio has served as Managing Director and Head of EUR Rates at State Street Bank and held a number of trading roles at Dresdner and Lehman Brothers in both New York and London. Earlier in his career he worked in developing software applications at JP Morgan and Trevisan Consultores. He holds an MBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering with Distinction from ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica) in Brazil.

Mayank Shah
Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning

Mr. Shah is Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, responsible for developing and monitoring the execution of Calypso’s long term strategic plans. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Shah served as Senior Product Manager at Citadel Technology, the technology subsidiary of Citadel Investment Group. Previously, Mr. Shah has been an Associate Partner at IBM and Senior Manager at BearingPoint (ex. KPMG Consulting), managing several strategy and transformation projects at global Financial Services clients. Mr. Shah holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University.

Maroun Tabet
Managing Director, EMEA

Mr. Tabet is responsible for the growth strategy and sales in EMEA. His 20+ years experience in the financial software business include sales leadership positions at Misys, Sophis, Murex, and Prima Solutions. He also co-founded Sophis Japan. Prior to joining Calypso, Mr. Tabet was the head of the Global Sales Specialists team at Misys and a Managing Director of Sophis France. He holds an MBA from IMD Switzerland and a B.S. in IT Engineering from E.S.I.B Beirut, Université Saint Joseph.

Olivier Vinciguerra
Managing Director, Northern Europe

Mr. Vinciguerra is responsible for sales in Northern Europe. Before Calypso, he was a Global Sales Director at Misys, where he covered several business lines in the Americas. Prior to that, Mr. Vinciguerra was the Global Head of Sales for the Buy Side and the COO – North America for Sophis. Earlier in his career, he spent 5-years with Sophis in business development and marketing roles as well as positions with BusinessAngels.com and BNP Paribas. Mr. Vinciguerra earned an M.S. in Financial Mathematics from ENSAE in Paris.

Xavier Robert
Chairman of the Board

At Bridgepoint he is a partner and works out of the London/Paris offices. He is responsible for Bridgepoint’s investments in Media & Technology and joined the Firm in 1998. In addition to Calypso, he currently sits on the board of eFront. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked at Total and Ernst & Young. Xavier is a graduate of Ecole des Mines (Engineering).

Scott Collins

Scott Collins is a Managing Director with global growth equity firm Summit Partners and leads the firm’s European investment efforts. Since joining Summit in 1996, Scott has served as a board director for numerous growth companies, including Acturis Limited, AVAST Software, DentalPro, 360T Group, Multifonds, Ogone, SafeBoot, vente-privee.com, Web Reservations International and Welltec.

Prior to Summit, Scott worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in the financial institutions group. He also served in a variety of U.S. federal government positions, including at the White House and Department of Justice. Scott holds an A.B. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

C.J. Fitzgerald

C.J. Fitzgerald is a Managing Director with global growth equity investor Summit Partners and focuses primarily on the technology sector. After first joining the firm as an Associate in 1990, he attended business school and was founder and CEO of North Systems. Since rejoining Summit in 2001, C.J. has served as a board director for numerous growth companies, including Access Information Management, Answers, GoldenGate Software, HelpSystems, Infor Global Solutions, Perforce Software, Ruffalo Noel Levitz and Ubiquiti Networks.

C.J. holds a BS in computer science, with Honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

David Nicault

David is a Director and a member of the Media & Technology and Consumer sector teams. He joined Bridgepoint in 2009 and is based in Paris. In addition to Calypso, David currently sits on the board of eFront. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Spain as a management consultant. David holds an Economics and Applied Mathematics degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, as well as Economics, Finance, and Management Masters Degrees from both the ENSAE in Paris and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.

Denis Villafranca

Denis is a Partner and a member of Bridgepoint’s Business Services team. He joined Bridgepoint in 2015 and is based in Paris. Prior to that, he was a senior partner at BC Partners which he joined in 1999. He also worked previously for Bain & Company in Paris as a management consultant. Denis is a graduate in business administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
